Aidan is a dedicated mental health support worker, who is passionate about supporting clients in their recovery journey.

What we love about Aidan: Aidan has a calm and grounded energy, and he can effectively support participants that struggle with depression and anxiety. He is flexible and non-judgemental in his support approach.

Bao-Tran Nguyen-Phuoc

Bao-Tran has a Bachelor in psychology, and she is passionate about supporting participants with mental illness. Her goal is to eventually work as a clinical psychologist. Bao-Tran has also worked as a gymnastics coach, and she loves supporting people to achieve their specific goals. Bao-Tran is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Bao-Tran uses the recovery framework to support participants to formulate and work towards their goals. Bao-Tran has also completed her mental health first aid certificate.

Fun facts about Bao-Tran: She is a musician with 10 + years’ experience on piano and harp. She has 5 years’ experience as a singer and in musical theatre, and over 10 years’ experience in rhythmic gymnastics.
She covers the areas around Liverpool, Bankstown, Fairfield, and Wollongong.

What we love about Bao-Tran: Bao- Tran is good at motivating participants. She also has experience working with participants with a range of diagnosis such as schizophrenia and depression.

Denevene Van den Heever

Denevene has a Certificate 3 in Individual support and Certificate 4 in Disability support. She has a person-centred approach. Denevene changed careers from administration to disability support as she wanted to support people with a disability to live independently and meaningful lives.

She likes walking in the park, having coffee, meeting up with friends, and listening to music.

What we love about Denevene: Denevene is friendly, energetic, and professional, and she is passionate about supporting people with a disability.

Jade Carpenter

Jade has completed her Bachelor in psychology, and she is working towards her honors. Jade is passionate about supporting participants with a mental illness. Jade is empathetic, patient and uses a person led model to support participants. Jade has experience working as a counsellor on lifeline to support people in crisis.

Her hobbies are dancing, listening to music, and she likes having a good selfcare routine.

What we love about Jade: Jade has a genuine passion for psychology, and she is eager to support participants on their recovery journey.

Repeka Felelua Selau

Repeka has over 3 years of experience working in the disability and mental health space. She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. Repeka has completed her Certificate 3 in individual supports, and she uses a person led approach when supporting clients. Repeka looks at clients as individual and understands that each participant has a unique life story and therefore, she always strives to meet them where they are in their journey.

Repeka enjoys spending time with her family and kids outside of work hours.

What we love about Repeka: Repeka is empathetic and patient, and always goes above and beyond for her clients. She is passionate about ensuring that she supports participants to achieve their goals.

Kiara De La Piedra

Kiara is self-motivated and organised with extensive experience in the community service industry. Kiara is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is currently studying a Bachelor in speech psychology.

Kiara loves working with participants to motivate them in achieving their chosen goals. Her favourite pastime is listening to music and catching up with friends.
